Group Heritage: China New Feed Additive Certificate (2005)
New Feed Additive Certificate No. (2005) 03, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of China in March 2005 for potassium diformate (brand FUER), approved for swine.
Applicant: Beijing Challenge Group — SKF Bio’s parent group — with the product developed in cooperation with BASF. Certificate No. 03 marks it among the earliest new feed additives approved in China that year; potassium diformate remains in the Feed Additive Catalogue today, and its scope was extended to broiler chickens by MARA Announcement No. 982 (January 2026).
This certificate belongs to the Group’s heritage; today SKF (Beijing) Biotechnology supplies the FURE 95 potassium diformate line under its own FAMI-QS certification (FAM-2170).
