α-Monobutyrin (GMB) liquid — water-miscible, heat-stable and effective in both stomach and intestine, positioned between butyrate salts and full esters for drinking-water and liquid-feed applications.
Monobutyrin is a water-miscible butyrin product designed for drinking-water application. It delivers butyrate through the water line — a practical route for fast intervention and for animals with reduced feed intake.
Like tributyrin, monobutyrin releases butyrate through the action of gut lipases along the intestinal tract. Its water-miscible form makes it suitable for drinking-water systems where feed-based application is not practical.
