ButiFar 30 is a micro-encapsulated sodium butyrate with a dry-basis content of ≥30%. The coating masks the sour-milk odour of butyrate and protects it through the stomach, releasing butyrate gradually along the small and large intestine — where it works as a direct energy source for the intestinal mucosa.
Butyrate increases villus length, helps recover damaged enteric epithelia, inhibits pathogenic bacteria and restores normal gut flora, while stimulating gut digestive enzymes and supporting feed intake. The white micro-pearly granules are free-flowing and easy to mix into premixes and complete feed.
